ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Our goal is to do everything possible so that these outstanding low-income students of color have the option of attending great institutions of higher education. So far, our students have been accepted at a large number of fine colleges. In order to accomplish this goal, we have devoted considerable attention to providing SAT Preparation instruction and to broadening our students' horizons by visiting a variety of excellent institutions. We also devote a great deal of time to mentoring and advising our students throughout the application and financial aid process.
In recent years, all of the seniors were admitted to a four-year institution with a financial aid package enabling them to attend the school. Over 94% were admitted into a top-ranked college (defined as the 50 top national universities and the 50 top small private colleges as ranked by US News and World Report.) 100% of our 2008 graduating seniors were admitted into a top-ranked college, and approximately 35% were admitted into an Ivy or Ivy-equivalent such as Stanford, Swarthmore, Wellesley and Amherst.

"I just received my SAT II score online. I did pretty well, actually, I did
extremely well- I scored a 750 on the writing. I'm sure that my score is a
result of the prep class we took with Tim at Jordan; I don't think I would have
done as well without the class."
