As a first-generation college student, I owe much of my success to my College Match mentors, Lisa Mauricio and Jun Cruzat, who have walked with me throughout the last six years. They helped me secure my first internship at a financial institution in high school, encouraged me to attend F&M despite the challenges of a global pandemic, provided me with an emergency scholarship for winter gear, and helped me prepare for interviews to land my first job.
